 Acupuncture has been a healing modality for thousands of years. We use needles to stimulate nerves, skin, and muscle tissue to treat imbalances in the body. We treat the body as a whole and believe that the key to good health is Harmony in the body.  

 Cupping is a traditional technique that is used to improve blood circulation which may promote healing. Cups are placed on affected areas to move Qi and blood. In recent years it has gained popularity particularly after the 2016 Olympics.  

 Gua Sha, or scrapping, is a massage technique using a smooth edge tool to repeatedly scrap with long and short strokes on affected areas. Similar to cupping, it stimulates the skin, muscles and ligaments to promote blood circulation. One of the many affect is helping with inflammation. 

Herbal medicines are natural plants and herbs and have been used to treat many different ailments. The qualities of herbs and herbal remedies are often used with acupuncture to bring Harmony to the body, mind, and environment.
